Sanjiv Mehra is the co-founder and managing partner of EOS, and he explains that they started the company because he saw an opportunity for tremendous innovation in the lip care industry. EOS remained relatively unknown until Walgreens opened their shelves, followed by Walmart and Target.


It wasn’t long before there were full-page ads in Allure and Cosmo on EOS. The product was originally designed to be unisex, but sales took off with the young millennials, and EOS was a success! Celebrities like Miley Cyrus and Kim Kardashian were sporting EOS all around Hollywood as the unique product moved to the top of the industry.
