The work Adam Milstein does is through the Milstein Family Foundation and is geared towards building a strong Jewish American community and supporting Israeli heritage organizations. Milstein is the Managing Partner of Hager Pacific Properties along with David Hager and Robert Neal. Hager Pacific Properties invests in both commercial and residential real estate and Milstein helps manage those properties and obtain financing for purchases and deals. Prior to cofounding the company, Milstein lived in Israel where he and other family members served in the Israeli military. Milstein also worked with his father in building framing for several years while also studying at the Technion – Israeli Institute of Technology. He first went into commercial real estate brokering after getting his MBA from USC then helped start an independent company shortly after.

In addition to the family foundation, Adam Milstein also helped start the Israeli-American Council where he is currently chairman. He’s also been a speaker at several universities and Jewish conferences including AIPAC. The three core principles of the Milstein’s non-profit work are active philanthropy, path life impact and philanthropic synergy. Path life impact is about teaching young people about their Jewish heritage and ancient customs, and Adam and Gila started Sifriyat Pijama B’America as a program for teaching Jewish-American families Hebrew and Jewish customs. Philanthropic synergy involves meeting with leaders and unifying around common causes. Other groups that the Milstein Foundation partners with include StandWithUs, Israel on campus and Hillel.
